C1 · Checkpoints
QC is a comparison tool, not a quality score or authenticity test.
Compare the pair, size label, sole, shape, stitching and any hardware you care about.
Check size label, measurements, print placement, seams and the selected colour or fabric option.
Look at the shape, hardware, straps, interior label and included pieces where relevant.
Confirm the model, visible condition, included parts and compatibility details from the live listing.
D1 · Detailed QC guide
QC photos are warehouse reference photos taken after an item arrives. They can help you compare what reached the warehouse with the option you intended to buy before it is packed into an international parcel. They are useful evidence, but not a guarantee of product quality or future condition.
Keep the original listing open while you review QC. Check the product title, variant, colour, size and quantity against your order record. Listings can be edited after purchase, so a saved screenshot or written note from the time you chose the item makes this comparison easier.
This first pass prevents a common mistake: assessing workmanship before confirming that the warehouse received the correct version of the item.
More photos can provide more angles, but a high number is not a quality score. Four clear images showing the front, back, label and key detail may be more useful than many repeated angles. Treat the QC count on a spreadsheet card as a research signal: it tells you warehouse imagery is available, not that the item has been approved by anyone.
If a required angle is missing, check the agent’s current support options and fees before requesting anything. Available services can change, so the live account interface is the source of truth.
After reviewing the photos, record one of three outcomes: looks consistent with the order, needs a specific question, or does not match the selected option. Resolve any question through the current agent workflow before submitting the parcel for shipment. International shipping options, costs and restrictions are separate decisions and should be checked in the live checkout.
E1 · QC photo FAQ
No. Photos show a particular item at a particular moment. They can help you spot visible differences, but they do not independently verify authenticity, materials, durability or seller claims.
Lighting, camera processing, screen settings and the selected variant can all change how an item appears. Check the option and overall construction first; ask a specific question if a material difference matters.
No. Use it to find cards with available reference images, then open the live details and make your own comparison.
