Oopbuy QC Photo Checklist: What to Check Before Shipping
A practical order-first QC checklist for labels, selected options, visible details and missing angles.
QC photos are most useful when you compare them against the exact option you ordered. The task is not to find perfection in a zoomed image; it is to identify a visible mismatch or a missing detail before a parcel is submitted.
Confirm the order before the workmanship
Open the order record and confirm title, selected variant, size, colour and quantity. This catches the most important issue first: whether the warehouse item appears to be the item you meant to buy.
For pairs or sets, confirm the expected pieces are visible. For accessories, check the included components that matter to your decision.
Check category-specific details
Shoes may require left-right comparison, sole and label checks. Clothing may require print placement, size tags, seams and a measurement reference. Bags may require hardware, straps and interior details.
Warehouse lighting and image compression can change appearance. Compare several angles at normal viewing size before drawing a conclusion from one crop.
Make a clear next decision
Record whether the item appears consistent, needs one specific question or does not match your order. Specific questions are easier to resolve than a broad request to inspect everything.
Only move to shipping after you have deliberately reviewed each item you intend to include.
Ask for the missing detail, not a vague recheck
When the available images do not answer the one question that matters, make the question specific: request the relevant label, dimension, side, component or angle. A clear request gives you a better chance of receiving evidence you can compare with your order note.
Do not turn a low-resolution image into a certainty. If the visible evidence cannot support a decision, mark the point as unresolved and use the current service workflow to seek clarification.
Review every item before building a parcel
QC is most effective when the parcel decision follows the review, not when it happens at the same time. Go through each item, note the result and only then decide which ones you are comfortable including.
This approach does not promise a particular outcome; it gives you a repeatable way to catch a visible order mismatch before you commit the item to a parcel.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers
What should I check first in Oopbuy QC photos?
Start with the order record: title, selected variant, size, colour and quantity. Confirm that the visible item appears to match that selection before checking smaller details.
Does a QC photo count prove quality?
No. A QC-photo count only indicates available images. It is not a quality grade, authenticity check or fit guarantee.
What if a needed QC angle is missing?
Record the exact detail you need and make a focused request through the current service workflow rather than assuming the missing angle is acceptable.
